UCircle Community Guidelines & Acceptable Use

Effective date: 19 June 2026 · Last updated: 19 June 2026

UCircle is a trusted community business network built on real identity. These Community Guidelines keep UCircle safe, honest, and welcoming for everyone — individuals, families, creators, and businesses. They apply to everything on the Service: messages, groups, circles, channels, profiles, media, voice notes, business pages, and any other content or behaviour. They are part of, and read together with, our Terms of Service. Breaking these rules can lead to content removal, feature limits, or account suspension or termination.

Our principles

  • Be real. One real identity per person. No impersonation or deception.
  • Be safe. Protect others, especially minors. We have zero tolerance for content that harms children.
  • Be honest. This is a network for trusted business — no scams, fraud, or manipulation.
  • Be respectful. Disagreement is fine; harassment, hate, and threats are not.

What is not allowed

1. Child safety (zero tolerance)

No content or behaviour that sexualises, endangers, or exploits minors in any way, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, or any attempt to facilitate harm to a child. This is an absolute prohibition. We report CSAE to the appropriate authorities and act immediately. See our Child Safety Standards & Anti-CSAE Policy and how to report it below.

2. Sexual content and nudity

No pornographic or sexually explicit content, no non-consensual intimate imagery, and no sexual solicitation. Never sexualise minors — see (1).

3. Violence and threats

No threats of violence, incitement to violence, glorification of violent acts, or content intended to intimidate or terrorise.

4. Hate speech and discrimination

No attacks, slurs, or dehumanising content targeting people based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, disease, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, or other protected characteristics.

5. Harassment and bullying

No targeted harassment, bullying, stalking, or repeated unwanted contact. Use the block and report tools if someone targets you.

6. Self-harm and suicide

No content that encourages, instructs, or glorifies suicide, self-harm, or eating disorders. If you or someone you know is in crisis, please seek help from local emergency services or a trusted support resource.

7. Terrorism and violent extremism

No content that promotes terrorism, violent extremism, or dangerous organisations, or that recruits for or celebrates them.

8. Illegal and regulated goods and activities

No sale, promotion, or facilitation of illegal goods or services, including illegal drugs, weapons, stolen goods, counterfeits, or other regulated items where prohibited.

9. Fraud, scams, and deception

No scams, phishing, fraudulent schemes, fake offers, pyramid or Ponzi/MLM-style schemes, or "guaranteed high-return" investment cons. Because UCircle is built to help people know who to trust before they transact, deceptive commercial behaviour is treated seriously.

10. Spam and platform manipulation

No spam, bulk unsolicited messaging, fake accounts, bot-driven or inauthentic engagement, artificial amplification, or attempts to game reputation/Aura signals.

11. Intellectual property and privacy

No posting of content you don't have the rights to, and no sharing of others' private or personal information without consent (no doxxing). To report IP infringement, see our Intellectual Property & Copyright Policy.

12. Impersonation and fake identity

No impersonating other people, businesses, or organisations, and no fake or misleading identities. UCircle is a real-identity network.

13. Security and integrity

No malware, hacking, scraping, or attempts to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the Service or to other users' accounts or data.

14. Misleading or harmful misinformation

No coordinated or harmful misinformation that could cause real-world harm (for example, dangerous health misinformation or content intended to defraud).

Special contexts

Selling and business conduct

If you sell on UCircle, be honest about what you offer. Redeemable items must accurately describe what the buyer receives, and you must honour them. Money settles through the Uniton Core / wallet layer — never ask buyers to pay through deceptive off-platform methods to evade protections. No pyramid/MLM recruitment disguised as a business.

Minors

The Service is for users aged 16 and over. Adults must never seek private or secret contact with a minor, never request or send sexual content involving a minor, and never attempt to isolate a minor from guardians or trusted adults.

Channels and broadcast

Channels can reach very large audiences. With that reach comes greater responsibility — the same rules apply, and we may act faster on violations that scale.

How we enforce these rules

Depending on severity and history, we may: remove or restrict content; reduce its distribution; issue a warning; limit account features; or suspend or permanently terminate an account. Egregious violations — especially anything involving child safety — can result in immediate, permanent removal and a report to authorities. We aim to enforce consistently across the app and website.

Reporting and blocking

  • Report: use the in-app report option on a message, profile, circle, or channel to flag content or behaviour that breaks these rules. We review reports and act within a reasonable time — and promptly (targeting within 24 hours) for the most serious violations such as CSAE.
  • Block: you can block any user; blocking prevents them from contacting you and applies consistently across the Service.
  • Emergencies: if someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. To report child sexual abuse or exploitation, use the in-app CSAE report and see our Child Safety Standards & Anti-CSAE Policy; we also escalate to the appropriate authorities.

Appeals

If we take action on your content or account and you believe it was a mistake, you may request a review through the path provided in the enforcement notice or by contacting info@ucircle.net. We will reconsider where appropriate.

Changes

We may update these Guidelines as the Service and our safety practices evolve. We will post the updated version with a new "Last updated" date.
