UCircle Intellectual Property & Copyright Policy
UCircle respects intellectual-property rights and expects its users to do the same. Do not post content you don't have the rights to. This policy explains how rights holders can report infringement and how we respond.
1. Reporting alleged copyright infringement (takedown notice)
If you believe content on UCircle infringes your copyright, send a notice to info@ucircle.net including:
- your contact information (name, email, and, if relevant, the rights holder you represent);
- identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed;
- identification of the infringing material and enough detail to locate it on UCircle (for example, the profile, message, circle/channel, or a link);
- a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent, or the law;
- a statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act on its behalf;
- your physical or electronic signature.
Incomplete notices may delay action. Submitting a knowingly false claim may have legal consequences.
2. Our response
On receiving a valid notice, we may remove or disable access to the material and notify the user who posted it. We act in accordance with applicable law and our Terms.
3. Counter-notice
If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to info@ucircle.net including: your contact information; identification of the removed material and where it appeared; a statement under penalty of applicable law that you have a good-faith belief it was removed in error; and your signature. We may restore the material in accordance with applicable law unless the original complainant pursues the matter.
4. Repeat infringers
We will, in appropriate circumstances, limit or terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe intellectual-property rights.
5. Trademarks and other IP
Reports of trademark or other intellectual-property concerns can also be sent to info@ucircle.net with enough detail to identify the right and the issue.
6. Changes and contact
We may update this policy as the Service and the law evolve; we will post the updated version with a new "Last updated" date. IP/copyright reports: info@ucircle.net.
