UCircle Commerce, Redeemable & Refund Terms

These terms govern buying and selling on UCircle. They supplement our Terms of Service. By buying or selling, you agree to them.

1. What a UCircle Redeemable is

Items sold on UCircle are Redeemables — a code/QR the buyer receives and redeems with the merchant for the goods or services described. UCircle handles the code/listing; it does not provide shipping/logistics and does not take custody of the goods or services.

2. UCircle's role (non-custodial)

The merchant is the seller and is responsible for the accuracy of the listing, fulfilling/honouring the Redeemable, and complying with applicable law (including consumer-protection, tax, and licensing).
UCircle does not take a cut of sales and does not hold or move your money — payment is processed and settled through the Uniton Core / wallet layer and its payment providers.
UCircle provides the platform and tools; it is not a party to the contract between buyer and merchant, except as required by law.

3. Buying

When you buy a Redeemable, you receive a code/QR to redeem with the merchant per the listing. Check the listing's description, validity, and any conditions before purchasing. Redeem within any stated validity period.

4. Refunds, cancellations, and disputes

Merchant-led: because the merchant is the seller, refunds, cancellations, and the resolution of disputes are primarily between you and the merchant, per the listing's stated policy and applicable consumer-protection law.
Your statutory rights (for example, rights against a defective or misdescribed item) are not affected by these terms.
UCircle may provide tools to help report problems and may act on fraud or policy violations (including removing listings/merchants), but UCircle is not the seller and does not itself owe the refund unless required by law.
Store purchases: if a purchase was made through an app-store billing system, that store's refund process may also apply.

5. Seller obligations

If you sell, you must: describe Redeemables accurately; honour them as described; set and follow a clear refund/validity policy; hold any required licences; comply with tax and consumer-protection law; and not use UCircle for prohibited or deceptive commerce (see the Community Guidelines — no scams, no pyramid/MLM schemes).

6. Prohibited commerce

No sale of illegal or prohibited goods/services, counterfeits, or anything barred by our Community Guidelines or applicable law.

7. Taxes

Buyers and merchants are responsible for any taxes applicable to their transactions, except where the law places the obligation on the platform or a payment provider.

8. Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the Service and the law evolve; we will post the updated version with a new "Last updated" date. Commerce questions: info@ucircle.net.
